On November 8, 2021, the Board of Directors of GEX Management, Inc (the “Company”) approved the engagement of Hudgens CPA PLLC (“Hudgens”) as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2021 and review the interim quarterly financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2021.
